	La Diva is a fabulous and fun villa located in North Hill with stunning views of Road Bay or Sandy Ground as it is also known. The property is .65 of an acre and the home was constructed in 2000. You enter into the open plan living and dining area with kitchen facing the views and pool deck, the pool is 27 ft by 16 ft with a depth of 2 to 5 feet. The interiors melt into the exteriors with lots of places to relax and enjoy the boating activity in the bay. On this same level you also have a guest bedroom with full bath and a library/office and a half bathroom. Upstairs there is a large, sexy, open plan master suite which could be adapted for more privacy if desired, there is also a large walk in closet and en suite bathroom. 	It is possible to walk down to Sandy Ground, about 10 minutes where you can enjoy a swim from the sandy beach or get a meal or refreshment at one of the numerous beach bars. This is also the area in Anguilla where there tends to be a little night life every once in a while. If you choose not to join the nightlife you will never &nbsp;be distrubed at La Diva as the constant trade winds carry any sound in the other direction.
