Round Rock Estate is a contemporary six-bedroom luxury villa situated on the picturesque island of Anguilla. The pool area is well-equipped with covered seating and dining spaces, a heated pool, a poolside bar with an ice maker and fridge, a BBQ grill, ample lounge chairs, and a spacious terrace. The elevated veranda features cushioned furnishings, ceiling fans, and mood lighting, suitable for any time of day. Additionally, a changing room and restroom are available off the pool deck.
The villa’s air-conditioned interiors are comfortably furnished and include wireless internet throughout, a living room with cable TV, a fully equipped gym, and a gourmet kitchen. The kitchen boasts complete appliances, all seamlessly integrated into chic slate cabinetry.
Each of the six bedrooms features an ensuite bathroom, screens, a safe, and air-conditioning. The master suite in the main house offers both interior and exterior access. The other suites, each with two twin beds that can be configured as a king, are spread across the property: two in the main house, one in the guest cottage, and two upstairs in the rear building. Guests can enjoy a workout in the new on-site gym and listen to their favorite music on the state-of-the-art Sonos home sound system.
