Seafeathers cottage is located in the residential area of Seafeathers, a popular area for both locals to live and tourists to stay when visting the island. It is a quiet, safe neighbourhood and the cottage has lovely views of St. Martin. The main house is 1800 square feet and in addition there is an annex of about 400 square feet ideal fro renting out as a holiday home or long term let. The main house features 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and a decent size living/dining/kitchen area.
A nice addition is the roof top landing as well as a covered garden gazebo in the fenced yard. There is plenty of potential with a little TLC to make this a wonderful home.
